NB3: Vandersteene Lake - Alberta Fishing
Vandersteene Lake is a remote boreal lake in northern Alberta (subarea NB3), located north of Slave Lake; access is limited and most fishing is from shore or small watercraft. The lake is open June 1 to Mar. 31 (tributaries and the outlet are open June 1 to Oct. 31), bait is allowed; species limits are: walleye 0 fish, northern pike 3 over 63 cm, yellow perch 15 fish, burbot 10 fish, and lake whitefish 10 fish.
