Sturgeon Lake is a lake in northwestern Alberta (subarea ES4), a tributary of Goose Creek located near Valleyview. Fishing is generally open much of the year with a daytime-only restriction Oct 1–Jan 15; bait is permitted though bait-fish restrictions apply in some seasons. Regulations: walleye 1 fish 45–50 cm, yellow perch 5 fish, burbot 10 fish; northern pike and lake whitefish are not to be retained (0 fish).
