Overview
South Saskatchewan River near Oyen in southeastern Alberta; a large prairie river that offers walleye, northern pike, goldeye and burbot fishing. Open May 8 to Mar. 15; bait allowed. Species limits: northern pike 3 (must be over 63 cm); walleye/sauger 3 in combination (walleye minimum 50 cm); burbot 10; goldeye 10 (follow PP1 subarea regulations).
