Plante Creek

Plante Creek is a mountain stream in west-central Alberta (mainstem including Apetowun Creek and tributaries) located near Grande Cache and supports trout and mountain whitefish populations. The fishery is open June 16 to October 31 and a bait ban is in effect. Retention is closed for trout and mountain whitefish: total trout 0 fish (rainbow trout 0 fish; brook trout 0 fish) and mountain whitefish 0 fish; these rules are within subarea ES3.
