Goose Lake

Goose Lake is a lake in west‑central Alberta (subarea NB2), located northeast of Whitecourt; it is known for northern pike and yellow perch. The lake is open May 15 to Mar. 31 (bait allowed) while tributaries and the outlet are open June 1 to Oct. 31 (bait allowed); species limits include northern pike — 1 over 63 cm, and yellow perch — 15 fish.
