Big Island Lake (commonly Island Lake) is a lake in northern Alberta, located northwest of Fort McMurray. Open May 15 to Mar. 31 with bait allowed; walleye and northern pike are closed (0 fish) and lake whitefish have a 10-fish limit; this waterbody is in subarea NB4.
