Alford Creek

Alford Creek is a stream in Alberta’s eastern slopes (ES2) in the Rocky Mountain foothills, located near the village of Caroline. The creek is open year‑round but with seasonal retention rules: Apr 1–Aug 31 anglers may keep up to 2 trout and up to 5 mountain whitefish over 30 cm; Sep 1–Mar 31 trout retention is closed (0 trout) and mountain whitefish retention is closed (0 fish). Bait is prohibited (bait ban) during both periods.
